We purchased this koi back in March 2008 she was 25 cm, we left her in our mudpond to grow on, when harvested in Oct 2008 she was 60 cm.
Its always a little worrying when leaving koi to grow on as there's lots of risk involved, but one things for sure the learning experience of how the koi developes is very rewarding!
